New Business Quotes & Sales

If you’re already contracted with IMG, you can login to the IMG producer area to generate quotes, arrange sales, track commissions, and access marketing collateral, training materials, and sales support.

For brokers previously contracted with ALC, we’re working hard to make sure you are set up in IMG systems. If you haven’t already been contacted and received the set-up support you need, please contact us using the email address below.


Existing Broker Migration

As ALC business migrates to IMG systems at policy renewal, brokers will notice their commission payments will be split. All active policies still on ALC systems will continue to pay commissions on the same date, while business that migrates to IMG systems will pay commissions on the 10th of the month. The same will apply to any new Global Prima Medical Insurance and Flying Colours business sold on and after August 1, 2025.

ALC commissions will continue to be paid by our finance team, while all business moving onto IMG systems can be monitored via the IMG broker portal.


Claims Management

For brokers managing claims for their customers, please note the following:

What factors should I consider?

  • Active Claims - If your customer has an active claim that has been submitted via MyALC, you must continue to use the MyALC login until that claim is closed.

  • New Claims (Covered by ALC) - If you need to start a new claim that occurred when your customer was covered as an ALC customer and prior to transferring onto IMG systems (claims must be submitted within six (6) months of the treatment date), you must continue to use MyALC until that claim is closed.

  • New Claims - If you need to submit any new claims (on behalf of a customer) that have occurred since August 1, 2025, this can be done using your MyIMG account. Please contact IMG if you have not received your new MyIMG broker login credentials.
