IMG Member Accounts

For policies purchased on or after 1 August 2025:
If you need to set up a new MyIMG account, or access an existing MyIMG account, please use:


ALC Members & Renewals

For policies purchased before 1 August 2025:
If you have a Globehopper, Worldstudy, Fusion, or Select plan you can continue to use MyIMG account, to create or access an existing account, please use MyIMG.

If you are an ALC customer with a Global Prima, ALC Prima, or Flying Colours policy. Please note that policies renewed on or after 1 November 2025 will have access to MyIMG from the date of renewal.

What factors should I consider?

  • Active Claims - If you have an active claim that has been submitted via MyALC, you must continue to use that member login until that claim is closed.

  • New Claims (Covered by ALC) - If you need to start a new claim that occurred when you were covered as an ALC customer and for dates of medical treatment prior to your renewal, you must continue to use your MyALC member login until that claim is closed.

  • New Claims / Renewals - Once your policy renews on or after 1 November 2025 you can start accessing your MyIMG account, please use MyIMG.
